Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team begins the process of bringing your outfit to life.
- Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days for ready-to-ship items.
- Made-to-Order or Customized Garments: These require additional time for tailoring and quality checks. Typically, delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on fabric availability, detailing, and fitting specifications.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We deliver across India via reliable courier partners to ensure your order reaches you on time and in perfect condition.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days (for ready items).
- Shipping Charges: For orders below the threshold, nominal shipping fees will be applied and calculated at checkout.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. You can track your parcel in real time.
International Shipping

- Delivery Time: 12 to 21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Packaging & Presentation

Order Tracking & Support

Wrong Address / Missed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Maahi Design Studio is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In case of a missed delivery attempt, the courier will typically retry or leave instructions for rescheduling.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
- Once the item is processed or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
- For made-to-order or customized garments, cancellations are not permitted after 24 hours of order confirmation.
