Due to the personalized and exclusive nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy.

- 1. Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Pieces: Most of our garments — including sherwanis, suits, tuxedos, kurtas, and indo-westerns — are made-to-order or custom-tailored as per individual preferences. Once crafted, these pieces are uniquely yours and cannot be resold or reused.
- 2. Hygiene & Quality Standards: To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returned or exchanged clothing. Each item is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch, and packed to preserve its condition and finish.
- 3. Commitment to Personal Fit: Our team provides guidance on sizing, design selection, and measurements before production begins. We encourage you to review all details carefully at the time of order, as alterations or cancellations after confirmation are not allowed.
