We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order is confirmed, as many of our garments are custom-tailored or made-to-order.

Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within the estimated delivery timelines. However, delivery may be delayed due to external factors such as courier delays, holidays, natural calamities, or unforeseen issues. Shipping timelines for custom products may vary. Maahi Design Studio is not responsible for delays once the product is handed over to the courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
We follow a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy due to the personalized and custom nature of our products. Returns or exchanges will only be considered in cases where there is a genuine manufacturing defect or incorrect item shipped.
